One of the most exciting things about dining at Di Santillo's Artisan Sandwiches & Eatery in Marlboro, NJ is our monthly sandwich special. Every month, our culinary team puts together a new, limited-time creation that showcases seasonal ingredients and Italian-inspired flavors.
How We Choose Each Month's Special
The process starts with what's in season. We believe in using the freshest ingredients available, and that means letting the seasons guide our creativity. Spring brings fresh herbs and lighter flavors; fall brings heartier combinations with roasted vegetables and richer sauces.
From there, we brainstorm combinations that honor Italian culinary tradition while bringing something new and exciting to our guests. We test multiple versions before settling on the final recipe — and the whole team has to agree it's worthy of the Di Santillo's name.
